Playing Guile in SSF4 and I have noticed that Guile is much better now in SSF4.Not only his Sonic Boom needs less charge time (I guess under 1 sec),even his Flash Kick seems to charge faster,but I could be wrong.His new ultra Sonic Hurricane is awesome and wins you so many games and the chip damage is also pretty solid. The last game didn't get fully recorded because of this youtube time limit of 10 mins. Good games.
