That is to say that the stun levels are lower and you will become dizzy after receiving fewer hits than you would have in the previous game in the series; SFIV. These comparisons are less than ideal without knowing actual stun values for the cast or how stun scaling in combos works in SFV. However, until we (people who don't get to go to swanky video game events!) actually get the game in our hands, this is the best I could think of.
