[SFV:CE] All Character Clash Showcase! DBFZ Style Clashing!

Street Fighter V · Combo Video · 2020

Street Fighter V's mirror match system gets a deep dive in this all-character clash compilation. Desk spent two weeks capturing and editing footage that recreates the game's simultaneous super showdowns—moments where both fighters land their ultimate attacks at the exact same frame, resulting in rare double knockdowns. The video explores why mirroring certain matchups, like Honda versus Honda, requires pixel-perfect timing: both supers must be input during the same frame of the initial freeze for them to connect simultaneously. Viewers will notice deliberate pauses between some super exchanges (particularly visible in the Menat sequence at 5:27), a technical artifact of same-frame super execution that becomes apparent once you understand the underlying mechanics. Rather than rely solely on rehearsed two-stick setups, the focus shifts to capturing the most entertaining gameplay moments with sharp editing, making the technical precision behind these clashes feel organic and hype-driven. This is less about perfect lab conditions and more about what makes these simultaneous clashes visually and mechanically satisfying to watch.

I decided to just concentrate on getting the hypest and most entertaining footage and not worry about filming/practicing. The mirror match, super vs super section was surprising time consuming to capture. If you try to reproduce something like the Honda vs Honda clip, you'll quickly fi
