A speedrunner's perfect setup crumbles in an instant. After an exceptionally strong opening to his Super Smash Bros. Melee Adventure Mode run, Fuzzyness reaches the Triforce hunt segment—a section demanding both precision and awareness. He pauses to locate the Triforce above him, confirming its position, but fails to register what he's looking at. What follows is a series of missteps as he searches the wrong areas, systematically dismantling an otherwise impressive time. The run's momentum shifts from promising to heartbreaking in seconds, captured in a moment of pure silence that says everything. It's the kind of gut-punch clip that defines speedrunning: one lapse in focus erases the careful execution that came before it. For anyone familiar with Adventure Mode's layout, watching someone pause directly beneath the objective only to miss it entirely carries an almost comedic sting.
Basically Fuzzyness (The guy livestreaming this run) had really really good luck to start the run off, and when he got to the point in melee adventure where you have to find the triforce, he paused to see if the triforce was above him (Which it was) but he didn't see it, and proceeded to go to the wrong spots and kill his run with great time saved. :( Oops
