Many Cammys use s MP, s MP, c MK. But I use s MP, c MP, (c MK_s HP). s MP c MP is a normal hit combo, unlike s MP, s MP. That's the main reason why I prefer this. Many players hold up on wakeup, which doesn't count as a move like backdashing. But there is a gap in the blockstring after c MP. I often still go for the s HP because it's 6f and the SFV button priority system makes the s HP even faster, in addition to c MP being actually +1 on block.
