Street Fighter V · Combo Video · 2020
Desk's 123-hit survival mode marathon tests the limits of SFV:CE's combo system under brutal constraints. With only one item available and a single chance per round to land each combo before the CPU escapes, the pressure to execute flawlessly against unpredictable AI behavior becomes exponentially harder than standard combo practice. The video documents the grinding reality behind the footage—hours spent farming fight money just to unlock lootbox attempts, then the nerve-wracking moment of committing to a combo with no safety net. What makes this video distinct is its raw honesty about the gap between "SFV has forgiving combos" and "SFV under survival mode conditions is genuinely difficult." Desk's approach strips away the polished lab setting and shows what it actually takes to capture clean combo clips when the game's RNG and AI aggression turn every attempt into a high-stakes gamble. This isn't a showcase of frame-perfect execution—it's a behind-the-scenes look at the mental endurance required to maintain composure across multiple failed runs and resource scarcity.

That combo just doesn't go in the video. That happens a couple of times and there's no video at all. Generally speaking, SFV has a fairly forgiving combo system but, honestly, grinding fight money for hours then having one chance to get a combo makes it 100x
