Hey, Guys Time for the last character in the game, and definitely - the most broken one. I tried to figure out when the double missile does more damage after Maximum Damage, but could not figure this out lol. It does between 4 and 7% (if there is no Damage Protection it does full 12%). Should be also noted, that this is Red Disc version, where Sektor's Teleport Uppercut is locked after 4 hits, while in the Yellow Disc version, you can just Infinite with it.
