This one is tougher than it might seem. The biggist challenge here is to get behind your opponent while they are flying in the air and timing it correctly with Scorpion's second attack. It took me a loooooooooooooong while to figure out, when to call out Scorpion. It's also possible to call him a tad later, but then you'd have to dash twice, which I managed only once or two times, always messing up the combo afterwards, because I got so nervous.
