A quick video showcasing all punishment options I know for blocked mid-screen Blanka balls for all characters with the exceptions of Dan and Ken, as they have no options. Even though this is vanilla SFIV (I'm an exclusive PC gamer, so SSFIV is unavailable to me), most, if not all these punishers still work in SSFIV, as the frame data for Blanka Balls are unchanged (i.e., all Blanka balls are -24 on block and -17 on hit, incuding EX versions in both games).
