Street Fighter V · Music / OST · 2017
VesperArcade explores the arcade joystick market after Mad Catz's bankruptcy announcement, examining which premium fight sticks remain viable for Street Fighter V players. The video draws on personal experience with Mad Catz tournament edition sticks—hardware the creator still relies on for competitive play—while surveying authentic alternatives from established manufacturers. The discussion covers stick options from Hori, Qanba, and Razer, each offering Japanese-quality components and features suited to modern fighting game setups. For players invested in arcade-style controllers, this breakdown addresses a significant market disruption and helps identify which current hardware delivers reliable performance and build quality. The video balances nostalgia for discontinued gear with practical recommendations for finding dependable replacements in an evolving accessory ecosystem.
The Madcatz tournament edition fight stick was one of my first premium joysticks I ever used. I still use their arcade sticks for Street Fighter 5 to this day. There are still many other stick making companies that offer authentic Japanese parts such as Sanwa. --------------------------------- Support VesperArcade! --------------------------------- ➤ TWITCH: https://
