In all my time watching and playing arcana heart 3 since around 2011 to today this is the 2nd phantom hit I've ever seen (or noticed maybe?) Basically a hit that does some damage but should've put the attackee in hit stun (most likely counter hit stun) and most likely should've done counter hit damage…

And Unlike super armor it didn't even seem to slow the attackee down at all either Very weird.
