Lots of little differences like how the HK version of sumo splash doesn't crossup in the corner, how f+HK is the only normal with decent range, and how all versions of b,f+P always crossup VS downed opponents. f+HK isn't a low and s HP has gimp range. So does c HP. He's a "stubby normals" SFV style…
