The combo counter resetting doesn't mean the combo is done when you're juggling in this game. I tried everything and couldn't block or escape a combo counter reset in the air and also the cpu never blocked or escaped these when I played. The game is Asura Blade: Sword of Dynasty, released in 1998. I had fun labbing this game. Most of the characters have ToDs, but I couldn't find one for this guy, Zam-B, so this is the highest damage combo I could find.
