proof of concept: manual injection of the cvs2 "this battle is about to explode" announcer quote in place of the normal mvc2 opening round start. at this early date (10/10/2023) i injected it by copying bytes by hand in a binary editor and didn't know about needing to update the sample composition table. that's why it loops. but hey: it worked, and that was pretty exciting.
