This is using my new DTPKDump tool to extract out the Guile CVS2-DC YADPACM samples and then using the tool again to splice those into Guile MvC2-DC. This presented a new challenge: the CvS2 audio files are all generally higher quality and thus larger. Most are at 32kHz, whereas most MvC2 voice clips are at 11kHz. Guile has more vocal clips than Cammy, so a straight import ends up contributing to blowing right through the Dreamcast audio memory limit of 2MB.
