For Vega how you do that is his wall dive aka Flying Barcelona Attack (FBA). Mix it up between FBA claw attack, FBA EX claw attack, and FBA air grab. The normal claw attack will be your primary tool for scoring a knockdown, the EX version for when you want an extended hitbox and better tracking for stubborn op
