Battle of the Strongest 2 got me feelin kinda inspired my dudes. Here are some synergy combos featuring Captain America, Strider Hiryu, and Spiderman. Unfortunately they aren't high tier so the combos are pretty basic--gotta pick Magneto, Storm, Sentinel, and Iron Man for those guch combos.
