I always wondered if this was possible with Chun Li in Vanilla, recently I was bored and decided to find out! In all of the clips the opponent is holding back or down-back. Additioninfo! Before SSFIV v1.01, Capcom had not implemented the ability to block during Ultra freeze. This wouldn't usually be a problem but Chun's 'ultra flash' animation actually pushes the opponent back before it's over. So, if she happens to push them into a fireball, they will always be hit by it, then eat full ultra.
