Start dashing as soon as you can, dash as far as you can--then enter a sequential FLK input. Hold Back first, then input 3+4, then 11~3+4,2. As long as you practice good habits and enter everything cleanly and calmly, this ender should be pretty consistent (I've actually been able to do it in a couple of real matches online).
