In particular this is splicing in Rogue (PL0A) track 0xa sample 0x9 ("Easy Win") into Storm (PL2A) track 0x2 sample 0x6 ("uh" heavy effects). This is a straight xcopy of the audio data, updating clip length in the sample table, and then updating the track playback table to have the correct settings. It's still a pretty clunky process requiring knowing where the playback table data begins. I need to figure out how to get there programmatically, but you can definitely eyeball it once you know what you're looking for. That nonsense
