Street Fighter V · Combo Video · 2016
Persona Entertainment responds to Bafael's "Hardest combo in SFV" challenge with a deep dive into one of Guile's most demanding execution tests. The video documents the entire lab process—from initial attempts without video capture to frame-by-frame analysis of why the combo actually works. A key discovery emerges: the second Somersault Kick crosses up the opponent and pushes them higher, creating the precise spacing needed for the third kick to connect. This positioning requires the first Somersault Kick to land during Guile's descent, hitting from the back of the animation. What makes this standout isn't just the difficulty—it's the methodical breakdown of the hitbox interactions that make the sequence possible. The creator lands the full combo with critical art after multiple attempts, revealing both the execution barrier and the technical understanding required to even attempt it consistently. A solid response to the original challenge that goes beyond just "doing the combo" and explains the mechanics underneath.

After that I decided to pay more attention to Bafael's video on the hitboxes and noticed that the second Somersault Kick kind of crosses up on the opponent, pushing them a bit higher for that magic pixel to hit with the third Somersault Kick.
