When you do 2x light, your opponent either crosses up, isn't high enough for the 3rd rep and/or some other strange circumstances occur making it almost impossible to land the 3rd rep or react fast enough to land the 3rd rep. Incorporate a H in the 2nd loop to give you a much better chance at landing the 3rd loop to help finish off those pesky high HP characters. NOTE: It IS possible to do 3x reps with only L BUT it's way harder to execute as explained above..
