	The song is Sonic Sound by Pulstar. As for other techno/rave artists, all I can do is direct you to this site: http://www.muzie.co.jp Scroll down until you see the Techno category. It's mostly in Japanese, but the mp3 download buttons shouldn't be hard to see. Remember to right-click, save-as.
