Hey Everybody. It’s been a minute since I last logged on. So much has happened in the gaming world, huh. Leading to this point with the recent release of Super SF4. Had mixed feelings about this latest installment. Was excited at first about the new editions, especially the bonus stages of yesteryear yet at the same time, bummed that my Elena did not make the cut though got a fair trade in Ibuki. To the downside of the addition of a 2nd Ultra. Some are alright considering being taken from previous titles along with the new while others just plain suck…mine included. Talk about being tea bagged. I’ve seen better in Mugen. My version of the Yoga Shangri-La: an uppercut with a teleporting melee ala SvC Chaos followed by upon the last teleport, a yoga strike ala SFA except a single instead of 3 and spiraling toward the ground. To top that, I just recently heard that after 10 years of demand, MvC is finally being made. This one I have high hopes for. I can only pray that they do a damn good job…character and gameplay-wise. So far I’ve only heard of Deadpool and Chris Redfield being confirmed, which got me hyped as well as Ryu and Wolverine. If anyone knows the rest, feel free. My wish list so far new and returning…

Marvel. New: Phoenix/Jean Grey, Beast, Archangel, Thor, Electra and the Human Torch. I know there’s so many so I’ll just list 6. Returning: The majority of the X-Men Rogue, Cyclops, Storm, etc. Ironman, Hulk, Spiderman and so forth.

Capcom. New: Demitri, Rose, Donovan, Hsien-Ko, Elena, the guy from rival schools on TvC forgot his name. Returning: Ken, Chun-Li, Dhalsim, Zangief, Cammy, Strider, Cap Commando, Megaman, etc.

Feel free to add other you got in mind. For now, it’s only a game of wait n see.

Excited for MvC3, even though it's a while away. I have a feeling that it'll be a letdown and mvc1 will remain my favorite fighter of all time. But we'll see.

I've gotten into TvC casually and it's not half bad. :)

 

Dante in Mvc3 should be interesting. I might try and learn this one when it comes out. SSF4 is fun, to badSeth got hit by the nerf stick though. No more ultra 1 traps but ultra 2 combos are kinda fun, and it's a good chip out move.

 

The following have been confirmed so far for MvC3: Chun-li, Morrigan, Felicia, Dante, Spiderman, Capt. America, Hulk, Magneto, Storm and Dormammu. Just a wild guess here but I'm thinking he will be the possible end boss in this one.

 

I can't see the supreme sorcerer being anything but an annoying end boss :P

only bosses i remember from marvel games and TvC that wasnt annoying was magneto and thanos lol
all the rest were sooo stupid that even watching the game felt like a waste of time lol.
